Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a Strategic Relationship Officer to grow and manage relationships with LGUs, HMOs, physicians, corporations, and other partners.
Drive business development, lead negotiations, and present hospital services to diverse clients. You will leverage 2–4 years of experience in partnerships or sales to expand the hospital network, pursue new opportunities, and meet revenue objectives.
The Strategic Relationship Officer is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the hospital's strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including Local Government Units (LGUs), Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), physicians, corporations, institutions, healthcare organizations, and other strategic partners. The role combines strategic relationship management, business development, sales, account management, and partnership development to expand the hospital's network, create new business opportunities, increase patient and service utilization, and contribute to the hospital's growth and revenue objectives.
Develop and maintain strong, professional, and mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders.
Serve as a key representative of the hospital in engagements with LGUs, HMOs, physicians, corporations, institutions, and other strategic partners.
Conduct regular meetings, account visits, business reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
Understand partner needs and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the hospital's strategic objectives.
Prospect and acquire new corporate, HMO, LGU, institutional, and other strategic accounts.
Present and promote hospital services, healthcare programs, packages, and solutions to prospective clients and partners.
Lead sales discussions, presentations, negotiations, and account acquisition activities.
Achieve assigned sales, business development, and account acquisition targets.
Maintain an updated database of prospects, accounts, partners, stakeholders, and business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field.
Preferably 2-4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, account management, relationship management, healthcare marketing, or a related role.
Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Experience handling LGUs, HMOs, physicians, corporate accounts, government institutions, or healthcare partners is an advantage.
Strong business development, sales, negotiation, presentation, communication, and networking skills.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales and revenue targets.
Willing to conduct external meetings, client visits, field activities, and stakeholder engagements.
