Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a Strategic Relationship Officer to grow and manage relationships with LGUs, HMOs, physicians, corporations, and other partners.

Drive business development, lead negotiations, and present hospital services to diverse clients. You will leverage 2–4 years of experience in partnerships or sales to expand the hospital network, pursue new opportunities, and meet revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, account management, or related roles.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred and LGU/HMO/corporate accounts exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Represent the hospital in engagements with LGUs, HMOs, physicians, corporations, institutions, and partners.
• Conduct regular meetings, account visits, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve partner concerns.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prospect and acquire new corporate, HMO, LGU, and institutional accounts.
• Present and promote hospital services, programs, and solutions to clients.
• Lead sales discussions, presentations, negotiations, and account acquisitions.
• Achieve sales, business development, and account targets.
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM/database of prospects and opportunities.
