About the role
As a Sales Officer, you will achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives by effectively managing designated territories and/or accounts. You will identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and accounts, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are properly coordinated with internal teams.

- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and a clear understanding of their needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are properly coordinated with internal teams
- Develop, implement, and regularly update annual account plans and sales strategies
- Gather and provide market intelligence, competitor information, customer feedback, and industry trends to support business planning and decision-making
- Monitor account receivables and coordinate collection efforts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit and trade terms
- Regularly track sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement appropriate action plans to achieve objectives
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales, account, and performance reports
- Collaborate with relevant departments and participate in projects and initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with field sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in consultative selling, account management, and business development
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and target management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a field-based environment
- Valid driver's license and willing to travel for field assignments
- Willing to be assigned in Batangas and Calamba areas
