Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a Strategic Partnership Officer to develop, negotiate, and manage partnerships with HMO and insurance providers, communities, LGUs, and other institutional partners.

You will drive partner activations, create account plans, and deliver initiatives to boost census and revenue while strengthening partner relationships and reporting on performance. The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related four-year field.
• 3+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or related roles.
• Experience with HMO/insurance partnerships.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close partnerships.
• Experience developing account plans and activation programs.
• Experience managing revenue/census targets and monitoring performance.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare and institutional partnerships.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with HMO and insurance providers, communities, LGUs, and other institutional partners, excluding corporate and industrial accounts.
• Identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities, including the development of proposals, presentations, agreements, and other requirements to establish and expand strategic partnerships.
• Achieve approved census and revenue targets for assigned strategic partners by developing account plans, business opportunities, and initiatives that increase utilization, referrals, and partner engagement.
• Develop and implement partner activation programs to maximize the value of partnerships, increase awareness and utilization of hospital services, and strengthen partner engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure effective implementation of partnership agreements, programs, and other initiatives.
• Draft and present the annual Strategic Partnership strategic and operational plan, and execute approved plans and activities, including monitoring and performance reporting.

About the role

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, Communications, or any related four-year degree.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Sales, Healthcare Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in managing and developing partnerships with HMO and insurance providers, LGUs, communities, institutions, or other organizations.
• Experience in business development, negotiation, and closing partnership agreements.
• Experience in developing and implementing account plans, partner programs, and activation activities.
• Experience in managing revenue and volume/census targets and monitoring account performance.
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of HMO, insurance, healthcare, and institutional partnership environments.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
