Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with government agencies and public-sector stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government officials and health program managers.
  • Monitor government health programs and community needs to spot opportunities.
  • Develop partnership proposals, MOAs, and program documents.
  • Coordinate implementation of partnerships with internal and external teams.
  • Monitor partnership performance and outcomes such as referrals and access.
  • Manage the partnership pipeline with records of prospects and next actions.
  • Prepare activity and performance reports with market insights.
  • Represent SPCMC in official meetings and partnership activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and sustain existing partnerships.

About the role

To develop and strengthen SPC Medical Center's relationships with government agencies, local government units, public institutions, and other public-sector stakeholders by identifying partnership opportunities and facilitating collaborations that expand patient access, referrals, healthcare programs, service utilization, and sustainable institutional growth. The position serves as a frontline public-sector partnership resource, translating SPCMC's institutional growth priorities into mutually beneficial government and community relationships, partnership opportunities, program development, and effective activation.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with government agencies, LGUs, public institutions, and other public-sector stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with government officials, health officers, program managers, and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor government health programs, priorities, and community needs to identify opportunities aligned with SPCMC's healthcare services and strategic goals.

  • Develop partnership proposals and programs, including concept notes, presentations, MOAs, and other relevant documents.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of approved partnerships and healthcare programs with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor partnership performance, including patient access, referrals, participation, service utilization, and other agreed outcomes.

  • Manage the partnership pipeline by maintaining updated records of prospects, opportunities, proposals, agreements, and next actions.

  • Prepare partnership activity and performance reports and provide relevant government, community, and market insights.

  • Represent SPCMC in government, LGU, community, and institutional meetings, consultations, and partnership activities.

  • Identify opportunities to expand and sustain existing partnerships through additional programs, broader coverage, referrals, and other mutually beneficial initiatives.

About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Administration, Community Development, Communications, or another relevant discipline

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, partnership development, institutional relations, government/community engagement, sales, marketing, public affairs, or a related field

  • Experience working with government agencies, LGUs, public institutions, healthcare organizations, NGOs, or community programs (preferred)

  • Healthcare, hospital, public health, or institutional partnership experience (preferred)

  • Familiarity with government processes, stakeholder engagement, and partnership documentation (preferred)

  • Core competencies: Partnership development, stakeholder relationship management, government/community engagement, business development, communication and presentation, negotiation and influencing, project coordination, commercial awareness, relationship building, professional judgment
