Job summary

Security Bank Corp is seeking a Relationship Manager / Sales Officer for SBM Leasing in Davao to lead sales and marketing efforts, from lead generation to deal closure, while ensuring profitability aligned with risk policies.

You will develop annual plans with Sales Team Heads, pursue opportunities to increase bookings, and tailor financing solutions for clients. Strong communication and collaboration with senior leaders are essential to success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in sales handling SME, Commercial and/or Corporate accounts.
• Good knowledge of credit structuring, policies, transactional procedures and lending.
• Strong interpersonal, marketing and analytical skills.
• Needs analysis and solutions matching skills.
• Outgoing and collaborative, able to interact with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business, sales, or marketing plan with Sales Team Head, targeting quotas and brand growth.
• Recommends sales activities to generate bookings and raise brand awareness.
• Close sales opportunities and increase market share through proactive effort.
• Sell consultatively and present SBC financing solutions to clients.
• Build a qualified leads database via referrals, canvassing, cold calls, email and networking.
• Prepare effective proposal presentations and credit proposals with risk factors and mitigants.
• Work with Financial Analyst Team to complete Credit Proposals.
• Maximize earnings and growth from existing accounts through relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Policy and governing policies.
