Payoneer is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager/Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee B2B client relationships from Manila with a hybrid work model. You will drive retention, renewals, and expansion while leading executive conversations and growth planning across strategic accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B sales, a data-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
Data-driven with commercial mindset and revenue growth experience.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Confident presenter with executive meeting experience.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of strategic customers and drive retention, renewals, and expansion.
Lead commercial conversations including upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Develop and execute quarterly and annual account growth plans.
Deliver executive-level QBRs and customer presentations with business impact.
Partner cross-functionally to resolve challenges and drive outcomes.
Track customer health, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM with reporting.
Create customer success stories, case studies, and advocacy opportunities.
Identify strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
