Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication; strong listening ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and updates.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury.
• Evaluate client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage and monitor assigned portfolio, tracking performance and risks.
