Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Manager (Cavite) to drive growth and profitability of the loan and deposit portfolio by managing end-to-end client relationships—from business development and credit evaluation to deal structuring and portfolio management.

You will deliver tailored financial solutions across loans, treasury, trade, and transaction banking while ensuring credit quality, risk management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, preferably banking or financial services.
• Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and check-ins.
• Monitor client accounts and address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury products.
• Evaluate client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and timely processing.
• Manage portfolio performance and early risk identification.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
