Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in relationship or account management, banking, or payments.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned banks/participants.
• Serve as primary contact for service, contractual, and product concerns.

• Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights for retention.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new use cases, products, or services.
