• Experience in cross‑selling bank products and delivering high‑quality service.
• Ability to assess client banking needs and evaluate creditworthiness for loans.
• Strong teamwork with branch operations and service staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead business development programs to grow deposit base.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and tailor product packages.
• Perform regular client calls and presentations and document activities.
• Cross-sell bank products and coordinate with internal teams for client needs.
• Co‑ordinate with Branch Manager to project a progressive, customer‑friendly image.
• Lead branch staff meetings to disseminate product updates and service improvements.
