Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or inventory management experience.
• Experience in retail or distribution is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and purchasing/inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring reorder points, days of supply, and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to support product availability and meet service targets.
• Assist in optimizing purchasing budgets by monitoring inventory requirements and supporting purchasing decisions.
• Monitor supplier balances and coordinate timely settlements to maintain good relationships.
