Job summary

• Monitor stock thresholds and reorder points.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Reconcile physical counts with system records.
• Identify and report damaged or obsolete stock.
• Source reliable vendors and request price quotes.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Raise, approve, and track purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate logistics and verify delivered shipments.
• Update inventory and ERP software.
• Match shipping invoices against purchase orders.
• Prepare reports on stock movement and spending.
