Our Clients is seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Associate to support purchasing operations, inventory management, supplier coordination, and related administrative tasks. You will work with the Purchasing Manager and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels and accurate records, aiming for cost efficiency and smooth supply chain operations.

The role suits organized, detail-oriented individuals with strong coordination and analytical skills who can help ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in records and data
• Good communication and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities with numerical data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of inventory management or purchasing processes is advantageous
• Ability to speak Chinese is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock based on demand and requirements
• Support purchasing activities to ensure product availability and timely replenishment
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate orderly processing and delivery
• Assist in monitoring purchasing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency
• Track outstanding supplier transactions and coordinate timely settlement of accounts
• Maintain accurate product and supplier information in internal systems
• Prepare and maintain purchasing documents and reports
