Job summary

FlowerStore Group in the Philippines is seeking a Strategy and Projects Manager to translate business priorities into executable initiatives. You will work with leadership to strengthen processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth across the organization.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional programs, monitor milestones, and help build scalable workflows with a focus on automation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/engineering/related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, project management, consulting, or process improvement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading people or cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, technology, or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company-wide campaigns and strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and execution challenges across departments.
• Develop operating frameworks, performance measures, and processes for alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and remove bottlenecks.
• Drive process improvements with simpler workflows and scalable methods.
• Lead strategic initiatives from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify automation opportunities and effective solutions.
• Evaluate campaigns and projects to extract lessons and inform future work.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Foster communication and collaboration across teams to ensure execution excellence.
• Mentor team members in project management, analytics, and problem solving.
• Take on additional business and operational responsibilities as needed.
