This role will work closely with leadership and department heads to manage strategic projects, strengthen operational processes, improve efficiency, and support the company's continued growth.

As our Strategy and Projects Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating initiatives that impact multiple areas of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the planning and execution of company-wide campaigns and strategic initiatives, ensuring teams are prepared and aligned before implementation.
Create clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability structures for cross-functional initiatives.
Coordinate closely with different departments to track deliverables, manage dependencies, and address execution challenges.
Support the development of business strategies, operating frameworks, performance measures, and processes that improve organizational alignment.
Review existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs, and remove operational bottlenecks.
Drive process improvement initiatives by introducing simpler workflows, clearer standards, and scalable ways of working.
Manage special projects and strategic initiatives from initial planning through implementation and completion.
Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for automation, operational improvement, and more effective business solutions.
Evaluate campaign and project outcomes, identify key learnings, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Provide visibility to stakeholders by monitoring project progress, risks, priorities, and overall performance.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams involved in strategic and operational projects.
Help build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and effective project execution within the Business Operations team.
Coach and support team members in developing their project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Take on other business and operational responsibilities as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as business operations, corporate strategy, project management, consulting, or process improvement.
At least 2 years of experience leading people, projects, or major cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify problems, evaluate opportunities, and support business decisions.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several projects at different stages simultaneously.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, including the confidence to work with and influence senior leaders.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, technology, consulting, or a startup environment is an advantage.
