You will design and execute projects, streamline processes, and partner with department heads to align initiatives with growth goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business operations or consulting, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proven ability to drive efficiency in e-commerce or fast-growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or consulting with leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and driving improvements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven insights.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, tech, or high-growth startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of major campaigns across departments.
• Develop timelines, plans, and roadmaps; coordinate deliverables across teams.
• Create strategic frameworks, metrics, and governance for visibility and alignment.
• Identify and implement cost optimization while maintaining efficiency.
• Drive continuous process improvements to simplify workflows and remove bottlenecks.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives to support growth and scalability.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for automation.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and document lessons learned for future initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Mentor and develop the Business Operations team to foster collaboration and accountability.
