Job summary

FlowerStore Group, spanning the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore, seeks an Operations Lead to coordinate end-to-end campaign readiness across FlowerStore and Potico, translating campaigns into actionable plans with cross-functional teams.

You will manage timelines, track dependencies, and identify capacity or inventory risks, driving readiness ahead of major promotions and peak gifting periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fulfillment operations at scale.
• Strong data-driven approach to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operational preparation and readiness of major campaigns, promotions, peak occasions, and business initiatives across FlowerStore and Potico.
• Translate campaign requirements into operational action plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop campaign preparation timelines, checklists, and readiness plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, Customer Service, and other stakeholders before launches.
• Monitor readiness and follow up on deliverables, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Identify issues related to capacity, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, production, and customer experience.
• Support capacity and planning for high-volume gifting periods and major campaigns.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions with clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Track progress of campaign preparation and provide updates to Head of Operations.
• Support development and improvement of processes, tools, trackers, and readiness frameworks.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify challenges and improvements.
• Analyze operational data and campaign performance to identify recurring issues.
• Support strategic and special projects assigned by Head of Operations.
• Build strong cross-department relationships to improve coordination and execution.
