We are looking for a highly driven Operations Lead to support the planning and execution of key business campaigns and operational initiatives across FlowerStore and Potico. The Operations Lead will work closely with Operations, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and other internal teams to translate campaign plans into clear operational requirements and ensure that the necessary preparations are completed before launch.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, managing multiple priorities, identifying potential operational risks, and driving teams toward readiness and successful execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end operational preparation and readiness of major campaigns, promotions, peak occasions, and business initiatives across FlowerStore and Potico.
Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to understand upcoming campaigns and translate campaign requirements into operational action plans.
Develop campaign preparation timelines, checklists, and readiness plans in coordination with relevant Operations and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are addressed before campaign launches.
Monitor campaign readiness and follow up on key deliverables, dependencies, risks, and potential operational bottlenecks.
Identify potential issues related to capacity, inventory availability, fulfillment, logistics, production, and customer experience, and elevate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
Support capacity and operational planning for high-volume gifting periods and major campaigns, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other peak occasions.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions and alignment to ensure teams have clear responsibilities, timelines, and expectations.
Track the progress of campaign preparation activities and provide regular updates on operational readiness to the Head of Operations and relevant stakeholders.
Support the development and improvement of operational processes, tools, trackers, and readiness frameworks.
Conduct post-campaign reviews with relevant teams to identify operational challenges, key learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze operational data and campaign performance to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Support strategic and special projects assigned by the Head of Operations.
Build strong working relationships across departments to improve coordination, communication, and execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fulfillment operations at scale, ideally in a fast environment.
Strong track record of improving service levels and operational cost efficiency through data and process.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across all levels.
Hands-on, builder mentality comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.
Strong ethics, compliance mindset, and ownership.
