Job summary

FlowerStore Group Philippines is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the FlowerStore and Potico product assortment, drive category strategy, and manage the Commercial Team across floral and non-floral lines. You will partner with Procurement and Marketing to optimize pricing, promotions, and onboarding of suppliers, while guiding performance on web and mobile app storefronts.

This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to grow the business in Southeast Asia's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Category Management, Merchandising, Business Development, or E-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team preferred.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop product development strategies and plans that align with Company goals and market demands.
• Lead and manage the Commercial Team, overseeing day-to-day operations and team members supporting product development and execution.
• Own and manage the floral and non-floral assortments for FlowerStore and Potico Philippines.
• Research and interpret new and current trends within the gifting category to keep assortments relevant and competitive.
• Conduct regular competitor reviews to ensure pricing remains competitive and assortments stay trendy and up to date.
• Partner with the Procurement Team to source suppliers that deliver the best quality and pricing for existing and new products.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on sales campaigns and promotions to drive sales and conversion.
• Manage onsite product performance across web and mobile app, including homepage placements and featured collections, guided by commercial and sales data.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned to fulfil the above duties and responsibilities.
