Job summary

Flowerstore Group in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operations for FlowerStore and Potico, overseeing production, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, customer service, and performance metrics.

You will drive capacity planning for peak gifting seasons, optimize costs and service levels, and collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Marketing, Tech, and Finance to align operations with growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations: production, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
• Set and deliver operational KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost per order, NPS, CSAT).
• Manage production to meet quality standards and volume, incl. perishables/made-to-order.
• Plan capacity for peak seasons to maintain service levels during spikes.
• Oversee fulfillment and logistics end-to-end; manage 3PLs, couriers, suppliers.
• Work with Commercial and Procurement to optimize inventory (availability, freshness, working capital).
• Lead customer service to maintain high satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
• Continuously analyze and improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets and forecast with Finance on unit economics.
• Coach and develop operations team; build bench strength and accountability.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Tech, and Finance to align with demand and targets.

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of FlowerStore and Potico, which run as a single integrated outlet from an operational standpoint. This role owns production, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, customer service, and operational performance — ensuring orders are delivered reliably, efficiently, and at the quality standard our customers expect, including through high-volume peak gifting seasons.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader who pairs operational rigor with commercial judgment, working closely with senior management to drive service levels, cost efficiency, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end operations, covering production, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and customer service.

• Set and deliver on operational KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost per order, NPS, CSAT) and report performance weekly to management.

• Manage production operations to ensure output meets quality standards and volume requirements, including perishable and made-to-order items.

• Plan and manage operational capacity for peak gifting seasons (e.g., Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas), ensuring service levels hold under volume spikes

• Oversee fulfillment and logistics end to end, building and managing the third-party logistics, courier, and supplier network, negotiating terms and managing performance.

• Work with Commercial and Procurement to optimize inventory to balance availability, freshness/perishability, and working capital.

• Lead the customer service function to maintain high satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.

• Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.

• Manage operational budgets and cost lines, working with Finance on forecasting and unit economics.

• Coach and develop operations team members, building bench strength and a culture of accountability.

• Coordinate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Tech, and Finance to align operations with demand and company targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience running e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fulfillment operations at scale, ideally in a fast environment.
