Job summary

Shopee Philippines Inc. is seeking a Special Project Specialist for the FBS program. The role supports strategic initiatives, drives profitability, and focuses on high-impact projects, process improvements, and P&L management to strengthen FBS operations and seller experience.

You will lead cross-functional projects with Seller Ops, Logistics, BD, Finance and Tech, develop dashboards and KPIs, analyze seller data for adoption and retention, and explore growth opportunities to scale the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• MBA is a plus for advanced roles.
• Experience in project management, strategy, operations, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Project Management: Support program lead in strategic planning and execution of key FBS initiatives.
• P&L Monitoring & Financial Analysis: Track and analyze P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring & Growth: Develop dashboards and reports to track FBS performance and KPIs.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
