Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3+ years in e-commerce, analytics, finance, or consulting.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and impact focus.
• Understanding of e-commerce/P&L dynamics.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and quantify impact across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad-hoc, cross-functional projects that support total FMCG growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop and evaluate strategies across Marketing, Pricing, Buying, Operations and other commercial functions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and optimization levers.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured frameworks, clear hypotheses, and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment, timelines, and execution of initiatives.
• Track progress and impact of strategic projects, ensuring outcomes are measurable and aligned with business goals.
• Support leadership with strategic insights, business cases, and presentations for decision-making.
