Job summary

Shopee in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Account Manager to support and grow our Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) seller base. You will work with seller decision-makers and internal teams to drive performance, enhance seller satisfaction, and unlock sales growth.

You will manage key accounts, onboard sellers, monitor inventory, coordinate with warehouse, logistics and finance, and address billing or value-added service concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned FBS seller accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Onboard sellers and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, replenishment, and address billing/VAS concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance to resolve issues.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Support campaigns and expand assortment with category/marketing teams.
