Cloud Bridge Tech Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Project & Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery team in a fast-paced technology consultancy environment. You will coordinate opportunities from pre-sales through to project initiation and support successful execution throughout the lifecycle.

You will work closely with Sales, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Delivery Leadership to manage resources, governance, and project documentation, ensuring smooth mobilisations and timely

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Resource Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills across multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience supporting project mobilisation, resource planning, or delivery operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project and resource management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunities through pre-sales and project initiation stages, ensuring smooth delivery transition.
• Support project kick-off activities, including resource alignment, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track opportunities and maintain visibility of pipeline demand for capacity planning.
• Manage resource requests and allocations across projects and opportunities.
• Monitor resource utilisation and future demand to optimise delivery portfolio.
• Coordinate funding requests, project approvals, and internal commercial processes.
• Assist with project financial tracking and governance activities where required.
• Maintain project records, documentation, and reporting across delivery systems.
• Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects and programmes.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Independently manage smaller client engagements from initiation through closure.
• Produce regular status updates and project reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
