Job summary

Bit By Bit Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to move client IT projects forward in a fast-paced MSP environment. You will work with project managers, engineers, service teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate resources, track milestones, and maintain documentation.

This full-time, remote role requires aligning with U.S. Eastern Time and regular communication with U.S.-based clients.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management, ideally in technology or professional services.
• Strong written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and colleagues.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and stalled work and take appropriate action.
• Experience using a project management, ticketing, PSA, workflow, or task-tracking platform.

Responsibilities

• Support project initiation, scope clarification, and SOW documentation for multiple client projects.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, service desk, NOC/SOC, vendors, and internal teams to support delivery.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and decisions using PM tools.
• Maintain ownership and next actions across projects and follow up with responsible parties.
• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and tracking against financials.
• Prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on commitments.
