Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage IT infrastructure deployment projects from kickoff through handoff, acting as the client's main contact and coordinating engineers, procurement, warehouse, shipping, and internal teams.

You will set up projects in ConnectWise Manage, review scope, coordinate with vendors, and ensure projects progress on schedule, with clear communication and thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet SLAs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with external customers.
• Experience with hardware procurement and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new IT projects from regional board to kickoff.
• Set up projects in ConnectWise Manage and ScopeStack.
• Serve as primary customer contact during pre-project and coordination.
• Coordinate engineers, procurement, warehouse, shipping, and internal teams.
• Prepare projects for handoff to the Project Manager.
• Track progress, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
