Job summary

LeadAdvisors is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive cross-functional initiatives such as client onboardings, campaign launches, system migrations, and internal projects. You will connect BPO Ops, Digital, HR, IT, and Finance, with heavy Notion, Slack, and tracker work.

Key duties include owning project plans, running weekly check-ins, tracking actions, maintaining the dependency map, and surfacing risks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with PM tools (Notion/Asana/ClickUp/Trello).
• Excellent written English and meeting note discipline.
• Comfortable coordinating with senior stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans in Notion: scope, milestones, owners, due dates, and weekly status.
• Run weekly project check-ins (15-30 min) with each project lead.
• Track action items and chase them to closure with leadership accountability.
• Maintain cross-functional dependency map and escalate blockers.
• Surface risks in writing and elevate urgent issues same-day.
• Coordinate handoffs between HR, IT, and Ops teams.
• Build and update SOPs in the KB DB to reduce reliance on you.
