Job summary

Cloud Bridge Tech Recruitment is seeking a highly organized Project & Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery team. You will coordinate opportunities from pre-sales through to project kick-off and support execution across the project lifecycle, working with Sales, Project Managers, Technical Leads and Delivery Leadership.

You will help ensure right resources, governance and clear progress across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting project mobilisation and delivery operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with internal and client teams.
• Comfortable coordinating across sales, delivery, technical and commercial functions.
• Experience using project/resource management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Strong analytical skills with reporting and utilisation data experience.
• Ability to identify risks and drive issues to completion.
• Proactive, collaborative, detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in tech consultancy, cloud services, managed services or professional services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or PRINCE2 is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunities from pre-sales to project initiation and through lifecycle.
• Support project kick-off activities, resource alignment and governance.
• Track pipeline demand to support capacity planning.
• Manage resource requests and allocations across projects.
• Monitor utilization and optimise allocation across the portfolio.
• Coordinate funding requests, project approvals and internal processes.
• Assist with project financial tracking and governance activities.
• Maintain project records, documentation and reporting across systems.
• Provide coordination and admin support across multiple projects and programmes.
• Prepare plans, RAID logs, status reports and meeting minutes; drive actions to closure.
• Produce regular status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
