Job summary

dataSpring is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client projects within Client Services & Operations. The role focuses on basic to standard project requirements across all project types, ensuring accurate bidding, smooth coordination, and timely delivery.

You will assist in scope definition, timeline tracking, and delivery execution, coordinating with Sales and internal teams to align on requirements and expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree is required.
• Above-average written and verbal English communication is required.
• Highly analytical with an innovative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-project bidding and post-project execution activities under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead.
• Evaluate client requirements against dataSpring capabilities and perform basic feasibility checks.
• Prepare standard quotations and proposals based on pricing frameworks.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to align project requirements and delivery expectations.
• Support scope definition, timeline tracking, and delivery execution.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks to the Operations Team Lead as needed.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to fulfill project requirements.
• Test surveys and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with internal stakeholders.
