Pru Life UK in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Product Strategy Lead to shape the product portfolio and strategic direction for the life insurance line. You will direct cross-functional teams in product design, pricing, marketing, and training to ensure timely launches and strong market performance.

Reporting to the Product Management Head, you will drive data-driven recommendations, governance, and annual product reviews while coordinating with sales and distribution.

Formación

• 10+ years of life insurance product management experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
• Degree in Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Finance/Business from a reputable university.
• Knowledgeable in life insurance products and regulations.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional units.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage clients and distributors.
• FLMI designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Product Roadmap, Strategy, and Governance.
• Develop and oversee product strategy and roadmap using data-driven insights.
• Oversee PSC meetings and present portfolio updates and timelines.
• Develop governance documents for product design and launch.
• Prepare business performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Prepare product inventory for annual submissions to Insurance Commission.
• Create product design and proposition for PSC approval.
• Lead product kick-offs with stakeholders, including marketing, training, and sales.
• Coordinate launches with pricing, marketing, and implementation.
• Create sales illustrations and other commercial materials.
• Oversee marketing, training, and sales materials development and review.
• Monitor launch readiness and conduct lessons-learned sessions.
