Job summary

Cebuana Lhuillier INSURANCE Brokerage is seeking a senior professional to develop and manage new insurance products, enhance existing offerings, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role oversees product documentation, pricing, and collaboration with Sales Channels to drive profitability and market success.

Responsibilities include leading product lifecycle stages from concept through pilot testing, conducting performance analyses, and guiding trainings and campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course; MBA preferred.
• Experience within the insurance industry or insurance brokerage, REQUIRED.
• At least five (5) years of work experience in insurance product development and management in any insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new insurance products and enhance existing products.
• Oversee documentation and compliance with governing laws and regulations.
• Plan profitability targets and collaborate with Sales for strategies and targets.
• Lead product performance reviews and monitor for potential fraud indicators.
• Develop product training materials and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Present proposals to CLIB Head and Insurance Product Division Head.
• Coordinate product lifecycle from concept to pilot testing and validation.
