Prudential Philippines is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to support the Product Implementation Lead in handling the technical and implementation aspects of our product management unit. The role involves coordinating feasibility studies, timelines, and governance for product initiatives.

You will contribute to product development, post-launch monitoring, and Day 2 support across internal stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance product management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations.
• Experience in managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Product Implementation Lead in providing feasibility assessments and timelines for product initiatives.
• Prepare technical updates for product projects, Day 2 activities, and product performance reports.
• Assist in developing and enforcing governance like RACI for product implementation.
