Qualifications

• Minimum job requirements include at least 5 years of experience in roles demonstrating the ability to independently orchestrate product development activities cross-functionally from product conception through launch and post-implementation review. Understanding of insurance product structures, underwriting principles, pricing considerations, regulatory requirements, and product governance frameworks, preferably in group life, health and employee benefits.

Responsabilités

• Provides in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis positioning.
• Recommends new products and product bundles with pricing and packaging strategies in coordination with various departments.
• Coordinates with local actuaries to tweak or repackage existing products.
• Packages products with other profit centers, affiliates or external parties for cross-marketing purposes.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Writes and issues feature articles or advertorials pertaining to CorpSol’s products and events; responsible for CS performance write ups for Exco, Group Office and external distributions.
• Plans, executes and evaluates promotions and special events to promote CorpSol and its channels; develops marketing materials and manages promo giveaways.
• Conducts market research and analyzes industry trends; identifies potential new markets and niches.
• Develops and delivers training programs for CS employees and acts as SME on CS products.
