Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Product Implementation Manager in Metro Manila to support the Product Implementation Lead across roadmap, governance, and post-launch activities. The role emphasizes coordinating with Operations, Finance/Actuarial, Tech, R&C, Legal, and Data Science to ensure timely delivery and successful product launches.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in life insurance product management, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and strong experience in end-to-end project

Qualifications

5+ years of life insurance product management experience.
Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, or Business.
Knowledge of life insurance regulations and product governance.
Experience managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical product development skills including requirements and UAT.

Responsibilities

Support product roadmaps, timelines, and governance for product initiatives.
Assist in technical updates and product performance reviews in PSC.
Oversee technical deployment, SIT, UAT, and launch readiness.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Tech, Legal, Data Science, and others.
Conduct post-launch monitoring and Day 2 support activities.
