Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Product Strategy Lead reporting to the Product Management Head. The role oversees the commercial and strategic vertical of PLUK’s Product Management unit, driving product strategy, governance, and end-to-end development and launch readiness across marketing, training and sales workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in life insurance product management, strong leadership, and extensive cross-functional collaboration experience within the insurance

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in life insurance product management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a people manager.
• Graduate in Mathematics/Actuarial Science, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in life insurance products and regulations.
• Experience in end-to-end projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Management Head in developing product strategy and roadmap based on market and customer insights.
• Oversee governance and PSC meetings, presenting portfolio updates and timelines.
• Develop and implement governance documents for product design and launches.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for the business.
• Lead product development, pricing, marketing, training, and sales material readiness.
• Coordinate go/no-go checkpoints and launch checklists for commercial activities.
