Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience leading a team of Financial Advisors.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, sales management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach and mentor Financial Advisors to achieve goals.
• Develop strategies to grow team sales, recruitment, and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to hit targets.
• Recruit and expand a high-performing advisor team.
• Coach advisors in prospecting, client engagement and needs analysis.
• Identify and develop future leaders for scalable teams.
• Promote excellent client service and long-term relationships.
• Lead regular meetings and business planning to ensure consistent results.
