Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in procurement or vendor contract management.
• Ability to analyze bid documents and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational needs while managing purchasing procedures.
• Experience negotiating contracts is preferred.
• Experience with Procurement to Pay software, Coupa preferred.
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee supplier base for services like landscaping and cleaning.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers in company systems.
• Research new sources to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Draft and review vendor contracts for projects and purchases.
• Prepare RFP scopes and specifications for contracts.
• Negotiate contracts with selected vendors.
• Track project progress and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Serve as main contact for issues with goods and services from vendors.
