Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Makati to lead sourcing initiatives for outsourced services, manage supplier relations, and negotiate high-value contracts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field (preferred).
• Around 5–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and handling sourcing processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using procurement or sourcing systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for outsourced services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality delivery.
• Manage procurement activities including supplier evaluation, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
• Manage preferred supplier programs including supplier selection, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for high-value goods and services.
• Monitor contract lifecycle including renewals, extensions, and terminations.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.
• Work closely with internal teams, operational stakeholders, and regional/global support teams to align procurement strategies.
• Provide guidance to business units on procurement processes and best practices.
• Support the implementation and use of procurement tools and systems to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, policies, and standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members when needed.
• Help resolve complex operational or supplier-related issues.
