Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks an experienced Sourcing Specialist to drive cost savings through strategic supplier management and end-to-end sourcing activities. In this role you will lead RFQs, negotiations and category strategies, while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and strong supplier relationships.

You will work with SAP procurement transactions, manage contracts and POs, and resolve GR/IR variances to support plant and business-unit objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business or engineering or related field.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP procurement transactions and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing and effective supplier management.
• Lead competitive bidding and negotiations; develop category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities and ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
• Oversee contract management, purchase order reviews, and GR/IR variance resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to optimize performance.
• Provide stakeholder support and resolve procurement-related issues to enable operational efficiency.
