Job summary

Extenteam Client Roles is seeking a procurement professional to oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage purchasing processes for services and projects. The role supports internal stakeholders, ensures cost efficiency, and maintains compliance across contracts.

The position is 100% remote with a focus on international supplier partners. Strong negotiation, analytics, and software skills are required to optimize procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of directly related experience in procurement and/or vendor contract management.
• Proven ability to analyze and prepare bid documents and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Able to work with internal stakeholders to meet organizational needs while managing purchasing procedures.
• Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers is preferred.
• Experience with procurement-to-pay software, preferably Coupa.
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee supplier base for services servicing procurement operations.
• Coordinate with internal customers and vendors to support procurement efforts.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers for assigned commodities and projects to achieve best price, quality, and schedule.
• Assist in registration and onboarding of new suppliers in company and third-party systems.
• Research new sources of services and make cost/quality improvement recommendations.
• Maintain records of sourcing, negotiations, and contracts.
• Prepare and review final contracts and ensure quality and cost value of goods/services.
• Track projects through completion and support AP for timely payments.
• Serve as main contact for internal teams facing issues with contracted vendors.
