• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to anticipate purchasing needs
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws in procurement processes
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved quality
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs and supplier performance
