Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office, establishing governance, methods, and reporting across project portfolios. You will partner with PMs, business units, technology teams, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will oversee governance, risk and issue management, budgeting, and resource planning, while driving KPI-driven insights and portfolio-level reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in project, program, or PMO management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a PMO, project portfolio, or multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in a local Philippine company is strongly preferred, especially in B2B, technology, telecoms, IT, engineering, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee multiple B2B projects and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
• Monitor scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Provide consolidated portfolio updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Define and monitor PMO KPIs and project performance.
• Track progress, budget utilization, and resource requirements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Identify delays and risks and drive corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and B2B clients.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and reviews.
