Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc invites an experienced PMO/IT Project Coordinator to help plan, schedule, and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion in a dynamic tech environment.

You will maintain plans, trackers, and status reports using PMS tools; coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery; support governance and best practices across the technology organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed.
• Experience in PMO or IT project management.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, documentation, trackers and status reports.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders and senior management to enable timely execution.
• Track budgets, resource allocation, and identify variances and corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, business cases, presentations and status reports.
• Support PMO governance, standards, processes and documentation.
• Establish and implement project management best practices, templates and processes.
• Monitor risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs and closure.
