Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an IT Governance Support Admin (PMO/RM) on a contract basis to reinforce our PMO and Risk Management team.

You will provide essential administrative and operational support to our IT governance framework, ensuring projects remain compliant and on track. You will schedule meetings, maintain project records, develop governance templates, track risks, and report to stakeholders, while coordinating across multiple projects and departments.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience within a PMO or governance function.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI frameworks.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and risk registers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the PMO, scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
• Develop and maintain IT governance policies, procedures, and templates.
• Coordinate governance reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
• Maintain risk registers with mitigations and escalations.
• Prepare governance and risk reports for stakeholders and management.
• Support PMO and RM meetings, capturing actions and decisions.
• Monitor project performance against governance standards.
• Maintain the PMO repository and archive project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, governance bodies, and risk functions.
• Assist in governance improvements and process enhancements.
