Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an IT PMO & Project Governance Specialist to support IT project delivery, portfolio management, resource planning, and governance processes. You will collaborate with IT Leads, Project Managers, and process owners to monitor progress, maintain reports, and ensure governance compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and at least 2 years in IT PMO/Project Governance, with strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• At least 2 years in IT Project Management and Resource Management.
• PMO or Project Governance experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple IT projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Strong Excel and project reporting experience.
• Power BI or other BI/reporting tools experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM, PMBOK, COBIT or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and monitoring of the 5-year IT program plan.
• Maintain project calendars, portfolio reports, and project trackers.
• Monitor project status, milestones, deliverables, and key activities.
• Track and consolidate project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource requirements.
• Support the review and tracking of project intake and new project requests.
• Prepare regular portfolio and management reports.
• Assist in resource capacity and demand forecasting across IT projects and initiatives.
• Monitor resource utilization and availability.
• Prepare resource demand and utilization reports.
