Job summary

Automated Technologies (ATI) Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive governance across multiple initiatives in the Philippines. This role emphasizes strong leadership and cross-functional coordination to align with organizational objectives.

You will oversee IT PMO practices, manage resources, and guide stakeholders. A PMP certification is required, along with solid governance and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate proven leadership across multiple IT projects.
• Extensive IT PMO experience with exposure to IT products and delivery.
• PMP certification is required (PRINCE2 also acceptable).
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project governance across multiple initiatives.
• Manage resources, allocation, utilization, and tracking.
• Oversee risk and issue management with timely escalation and resolution.
• Deliver periodic status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Lead key strategic projects to ensure successful outcomes.
