Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery across initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with operations handover. The role emphasizes IT cybersecurity awareness and potential OT cybersecurity exposure as a plus.

You will develop project plans, manage scope and timelines, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Strong communication and documentation discipline are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior or Senior Project Manager.
• Experience in IT Cyber Security; exposure to implementing IT Cyber Security.
• OT Cyber Security exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project delivery using agreed project management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, scope, timelines, risks, issues, and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Conduct project scoping and assessment.
• Prepare Statement of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and cost estimates.
• Translate business and technical requirements into Terms of Reference (TOR), RFI, and RFP documents.
• Manage project implementation and delivery activities.
• Ensure solution design, testing, and project artifacts are documented, reviewed, and approved.
• Coordinate training, deployment, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
