Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Governance PMO on a contract basis. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will lead governance across IT programmes and projects, ensuring policy compliance and alignment with business objectives.

You will establish frameworks, drive audits, report on KPIs, and support governance maturity. Strong knowledge of ITIL/COBIT/ISO 38500 and Prince2 or Agile is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance, PMO operations or project governance roles.
• Familiar with IT governance frameworks like ITIL, COBIT or ISO 38500.
• Proficient in PMO methodologies, Prince2 or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve IT governance frameworks and policies.
• Oversee governance standards across IT programmes and projects.
• Monitor governance KPIs and report performance.
• Provide guidance on governance requirements to project managers.
• Conduct governance assessments and risk audits.
• Manage stakeholder communications on governance matters.
• Develop and deliver IT governance training and templates.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT governance with corporate objectives.
