Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in HR leadership or business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct focus group discussions and new hire assimilation activities.
• Implement feedback mechanisms between employees and leadership.
• Analyze attrition trends and develop retention strategies with operations.
• Support performance management initiatives to drive employee growth.
• Monitor attendance and attrition across assigned accounts.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Ensure consistent policy implementation and compliance.
• Act as escalation point for employee concerns and grievances.
• Lead HR Advisors in delivering HR programs and initiatives.
• Partner with training, HR, and operations teams to improve performance outcomes.
• Use data and reporting to drive insights and decision‑making.
